Photos to request

Pass, pause or replace

Pause when color, scale, stitching, labels or hardware cannot be judged from the photos.
Replace when the issue changes the way the item will look or fit after shipping.

Do not overreact to normal warehouse photos

Lighting can be flat, colors can shift, and small packaging marks happen. Focus on shape, alignment, visible materials and details that cannot be fixed once the parcel arrives.
