Kako Sheetbase uses basic analytics, search context and outbound record activity to understand which searchable rows and guide paths help repeat research.

Record-search click logs may include product, site, record path, selected handoff, referrer and campaign parameters; raw visitor IP addresses are not displayed in the admin UI.

Sheetbase record interactions and protected source fields are used to maintain searchable research rows; they are not sold as public spreadsheet exports.
